The past 3 takeaways have been poor, I don't know if it's under new cook but I think I will be finding ne Chinese... such a wee shame it used to be our fav...

The food was really bland last night, really disappointing spending £45+. It was prepared quickly, as was advised a collection time 30 minutes later than when I turned up. However, It was cold, the £17 duck was dry, cucumber wasn’t fresh and the spring onion was missing. Chips were undercooked too and this has gotten to more than ten occasions you’re serving think noodles when thick are specified in the drop down menu. There appeared to be no overwhelming rush when I collected the food, perhaps explaining the poor quality? This has been a on the last few occasions now, and after many years of coming here, we have decided we can’t spend any more money here and will find another restaurant from now on.

On a diet because I’m getting married. Having a treat for the first time in ages. Waited almost 3 hours for the meal. It arrived cold, drowned in oil and we couldn’t eat it 30 pound we won’t get back. I phoned to tell them how terrible it was no refund offered just blamed that there was something wrong with the printer and a slow delivery driver. Doesn’t make up for how bad the food was if it arrived and was delicious I would have been happy with waiting if the food was good but it was horrendous. I’d like my money back

Great food, good value for money, easy to order and collect

Asked for noodles got fried rice veg and cashews very bland just onions and mushrooms and about 5 or 6 nuts

Never received our meal ended up having to cancel and recieve a refund. When I phoned up the person on the phone didn't have a clue about or where my order was was very disappointed and for now won't be ordering again.

The chicken ball batter was extra hard and inedible, the chicken inside was dry, hard and also inedible. Recooked from yesterday. The rest of the order was really nice as per usual for here. Disappointed to say the least.

Very helpful when forgot to order fried rice on the app it was the best chicken curry I have had for a while and it was piping hot definitely buy from here again

Terrible and tasteless, large spring rolls full of nothing but grease. Satay sauce extremely watery and tasteless. Will not be back.

Super fast delivery and hot tasty food. Always the first choice for our takeaway meals.

The prawn toast was overcooked, oily and limp, not crispy. The special fried rice was supposed to have prawns in it. There were two small prawns in the whole meal which was rather bland.

Chicken and pineapple had runny sauce- different from normal, did enjoy it as much. Advised to collect 6pm.Arrived before that and food was bagged on shelf- meant it was starting to cool down.
