Very enjoyable, food was delicious

Breaded chicken very poor in quality, breadcrumb noted to be black and burnt in appearance. We have been customers for a very long time however this has changed our minds to eat here again as we never imagined this would happen.

I have never had a bad meal from here before but the chicken Maryland was like leather on the outside. The coating was DARK brown and the chicken itself was overcooked in the fryer as a lot of coating had come off resulting in the chicken itself having a tough exterior which I could hardly get a knife through. I have over 15 years experience working in a Chinese takeaway , as a second job, before I retired so I do know what im talking about. Apart from the chicken there was nothing wrong with the meal. As I said I have never had a problem in the past and didn’t phone to complain as I know things can be extremely on a Saturday so put it down to that, but would suggest more attention is given to the fryer when cooking this.

Unfortunately food quality was very poor this time. We had no issue with Panda House before. Lemon chicken was very chewy, and it didn't taste taste right. Beef curry didn't taste right either.

Hi, I ordered soft plain noodles and i never received them.

Ordered thick noodles with Chicken Chow Mein in Satay sauce. Got Singapore noodles with plain slightly cooked chicken with a bit of sauce poured over it. Didn’t enjoy it at all and had to bin it. Will definitely not be ordering from there again.

Wrong meals delivered, enjoyed them anyway as too hungry to wait to fix mistake

We never finished our meals. Prawns tasted off, batter was soggy as were the spring rolls. Chicken wasn't great either
